Terms and Conditions

 

  • The booking deposit of 30% must be paid to us at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed when deposit and booking form are returned. If you book within 3 weeks of the start of your holiday, the whole amount is payable on booking.
  • We cannot accommodate Hens and Stags under any circumstance as some of the apartments are Residential. 
  • Cancellation: if you are compelled to cancel a booking notify us immediately in writing/E-mail/Telephone. In the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Security Deposit - A separate deposit of €100.00 per Apartment is payable and damages or breakages will be deducted from this amount. Apartments which are not left in a clean and tidy manner will be subject to Final Cleaning Charge of €40.00. The security deposits, less any deductions, will be returned within 7 days of departure.
  • The hirer is responsible for the property and equipment during the period of hire and for leaving the property and its contents clean at the end of the hire and for taking all reasonable care of the property and its equipment.
  • The booking is made on the undertaking that the property is to be placed at the disposal of the hirer on the date in question unless the owner is prevented from doing so by circumstances not under the control the owner in which case the deposit shall be returned to the hirer in full but the hirer shall have no claim on any account against the owner. The owner reserves the right to enter the apartments at any reasonable time for service or repairs.
  • No pets are allowed in the premises;
  • The apartments are a Smoke Free zone and guests are requested not to smoke indoors.
  • Any losses or breakages must be paid for and the hirers are advised to check the inventory on arrival and to report any missing or damaged articles without delay.
  • The accommodation will be available for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. If you have special requirements regarding these times will try to meet your needs on request.
  • Number of persons: the maximum number of persons allowed is as stated on this website. Additional persons may not be accommodated without prior agreement. The owner reserves the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
  • Noise: Cois Farraige has a strict noise policy. We ask all guests to be mindful of their neighbours. No loud music/parties or noise is tolerarted past 10pm. Your contract may be terminated if your in breach of this due to the residential nature and familty orientation of the apartments.
  • Behaviour: Cois Farraige Management reserves the right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of the consumer either prior to or during a holiday is likely to endanger the safety or well-being of other consumers in the party or that of the consumer himself.
